The Science Place is about learning why and how things work - everything from the solar system to honey bees, from dinosaurs to sound waves.

It is a place where you can use your senses of touch, sight, hearing, smell, and imagination to understand the wonders of science and mathematics.

The Planetarium

Your eyes can see many things in the night sky. But when you use a pair of binoculars or a telescope you can see an entirely different universe.

It's better than being there. You are completely surrounded by a 79 foot domed screen. IMAX images are larger than life, the colors more vivid, the sound crisper.
